Frequently Asked Questions
The standard processing time for the majority of Shekhinah Medical products orders will be packed and ready for courier pickup within 3-5 business days. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, re-stocks and promotions. You will receive your tracking information to the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
Please note that during this time, we are doing our best to ensure the safety and health of all members of our distribution channels and that some delays may be encountered. Additionally, always remember that all delivery personnel have been tirelessly working on the front lines and that some delays may occur at the carrier level. We are all in this together and appreciate your patience and understanding.
We use a 3rdparty distributor located in Johannesburg. All rates and transit times are reflective of this location.
- Please note a flat rate shipping estimate of R350 for all orders will apply, this may increase due to the size and or quantity of the products purchased
Please note that Shekhinah Medical Supplies is not responsible for delays in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to the following: natural occurrences or air/ground transportation strikes/delays

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. Please note there is a 15% processing fee for all returns. And the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
-Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or accept your return. Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused at the client’s expense.
A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty.
To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to Shekhinah Medical Supplies within 7 days.
Full refund however will not be accepted:
- On any open box item.
- Returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent through the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, these may differ according to banks
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as a result of delivery or warehouse fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: [email protected]
Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Shekhinah Medical Supplies made an error. Carefully follow all return-shipping instructions. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, Shekhinah Medical Supplies reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.
The highest possible standards are maintained for our goods and services, and products are guaranteed on behalf of our supplier’s principals for a period of up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of payment, unless otherwise stated in writing, subject to the conditions mentioned below, against defects in material & workmanship. This warranty is subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions: –
(a) All claims must be presented in writing no later than 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods.
(b) Faulty goods and goods which can be shown to have been defective prior to delivery, through inadequate material or bad workmanship, will be repaired or replaced at our option and expense. Adequate time must be allowed for us to effect alterations or replacements.
(c) Our liability for faulty goods does not extend to deterioration caused by wear and tear, nor to damage due to faulty or careless handling, excessive strain, unsuitable service conditions, improper use or any other conditions whatsoever, which are beyond our control.
(d) The Warranty becomes null and void if alterations or repairs are carried out by the purchaser or by third parties without our prior written consent.
(e) Our liability is confined to our goods or parts and does not cover damages caused to plant machinery or other equipment or for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
Where applicable, Warranty Cards and Instruction Manuals are supplied when requested.
Shekhinah Medical Supplies will not accept any claims for shortages or breakages where Purchaser has accepted in writing the receipt of goods without checking.
The Company is responsible on behalf of the Manufacturer(s) for the warranty of all goods sold.
Within 1 Year (12 Months) of the date of payment
Faulty items must be returned to our us for repairs (On customer’s courier expense). Products which result in a manufacturing fault will, therefore, be redelivered to the client for free.
The manufacturer’s warranty will only apply to defects in the process of manufacturing the goods and will not apply in the following instances
- Damage caused by lightning or power surges
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse to the goods
- Goods used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were manufactured · Goods used contrary to their instruction manuals
- Accidental damage

All orders accepted by Shekhinah Medical Supplies are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Customers’ terms of purchase are done only through direct EFT and only when the full amount of money is paid will the order be processed by Shekhinah Medical Supplies
Prices are inclusive of VAT
Prices do not include delivery.
Delivery of imported goods are subject to stock availability.
Estimated at between 8-10 weeks for Sea freight, Air Parcel Post, 3-4 weeks Consolidated Airfreight. (Priority Airfreight, charges are additional).
All deliveries are made by third party couriers.
Extra charges outside of the flat rate for delivery will be charged for couriers on large quantity orders, delivery prices will be included on quotations which will be available on request.
Cancellation of order:
Cancellation requests will not be accepted. All other confirmed and accepted orders cannot be cancelled except with our written consent.
Quotations are valid only for the current month that it was sent out unless otherwise stated in writing
but are always subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate and suppliers’ Price Lists.
Items quoted are subject to stock availability
Whilst the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible, the seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which the purchaser may suffer arising from the late delivery or non-delivery of the goods for any reason.
Goods returned will not be accepted for credit
